Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, apple pay and most cards online as well as cash payments in person but card/bank payments are preferred.
Do you offer video consultations?
No we prefer a more personal touch and conduct a free initial no obligation consultation in person. This way we can also create a cleaning specification personalised to your needs.
What Chemicals do you use and are your chemicals cruelty free, vegan and environmentally aware?
Here at Busy Bees we want to provide you with professional cleaning but also be environmentally aware which is why we use Method cleaning products which is plant based and Bunny certified meaning they never test on animals. We also use re fillable spray bottles to limit our plastic waste. If you would prefer for us to use your equipment/products then this is also an option.
Can I give the cleaner a key?
Yes if that is your preference, all off our cleaners are vetted and insured and are in a position to be key holders should you wish
What tasks can be on our cleaning spec?
Our cleaners can complete a wide range off tasks including and not exclusive to, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, hoovering, mopping, polishing, skirting boards, changing bedding, dishes, putting on laundry, replenishing consumables at Holiday lets etc ...............
These are just some examples off tasks we can help you with, we like to complete an initial consultation with all new clients so that we can tailor your clean specifically to you.
Do I need to be home when the cleaner is in?
This is completely up to your preference our cleaners are happy to complete cleans with you present or not.
